Interior Design
We have our own group of designers who have come from reputed institutes of design and more than 10 years of excellence in the field. Interiors are an integral part of our plan and we believe that it defines the whole building. Kitchens, bedrooms and even bathrooms look pleasing and wonderful.
Our designs are aesthetic as well as contemporary. Our designers keep track of the latest trends in the market and we have a large pool of designs to choose from. Functional components include: Furniture, Wall Treatment, Flooring, and Accessories incorporated in our Interiors. We design the furniture layout, lighting and colour scheming and undertake the following works.

Wardrobes
Box Type: Done in areas where space for wardrobe is given and shelves are not provided.
Materials used: Carcass using Commercial/BWP ply, MDF or Pre-laminated particle board.
Internal Finish: Hand or spray painted, Laminated and polished.
Frame Type: Done in areas where shelves, brick work is already in place.
Materials used: Teak wood, Padauk, Sal or White cedar.
Finish: Painted or Polished.
Doors: Laminated, Post formed, Rubber wood, Membrane finished, spray painted or Melamine polished doors.
Kitchen Cabinets Modular, Semi Modular & Conventional.
Modular Kitchen.
Provided in areas where no platform is provided.
Materials used: Carcass using BWP ply.
Internal Finish: Hand or spray painted, laminated and polished.
Accessories: Stainless steel or powder coated baskets, pull outs, oil rack etc.
Doors: Laminated, post formed, rubber wood, membrane finished, spray painted or melamine polished doors.
Semi Modular Kitchen.
Provided in areas where platform is given but internal shelves or partitions are not provided.
Materials used: Carcass/frames using BWP ply.
Internal Finish: Hand or spray painted, Laminated and polished.
Accessories: Stainless steel or powder coated baskets, pull outs, oil rack etc.
Doors: Laminated, post formed, rubber wood, membrane finished, spray painted or melamine polished doors.
Conventional Kitchen.
Provided in areas where platform along with inside shelves are provided.
Materials used: Teak wood, Padauk, Sal or White cedar for the frames.
Finish: Painted or Polished.
Doors: Laminated, post formed, rubber wood, membrane finished, spray painted or melamine polished doors.
The insides of the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets will be designed by us according to your requirement.
Puja Cupboards: Intricately designed box type and framed type cupboards.
Entertainment Centre/crockery units: To house TV, Music system, C.D´s, D.V.D´s and crockery items etc.
Storage cupboards, Dressing units and crockery cupboards: For holding a wide range of materials.
Bunker Beds: In a wide range of designs and finishes.
False Ceiling: Using Gypsum board, Thermocole, Aluminium panels, Particle board and plywood.

We are defined by what we build and utmost care is taken and time and effort spent to get the perfect design Our designs are both contemporary and modern. Acoustic, Thermal and Dust proofing are incorporated in our design. Our Buildings are all green and eco-friendly and we see to it that our carbon footprint is less. Not leaving out the Old Wisdom all our Drawings incorporate space planning and elements of Vaasthu sastra and Feng Shui.
